WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?
The delivery fee is determined by the distance from our Fairfax location to your event location.
WHAT IS YOUR INSTALLATION FEE?
We charge a 20% installation fee for services that require installation. However, some of our services already include the installation fee. Please refer to our list of services for more details.
DO YOU OFFER MOCK-UP DESIGNS?
Yes, I do! However, mock-up designs are available exclusively for clients who have paid a deposit. Please note that these designs are specifically for backdrop display services.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
We provide services throughout Northern Virginia and have limited availability for events in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
